		<description>Thankfully our offices have showers otherwise I wouldn't cycle into work as sitting there at your desk all sweaty is not pleasant. Even during the wettest, coldest day here you end up sweating on a ride.</description>

		<description>I cycled to work the first month I was on Grand Cayman - but its really hot here - was sweating buckets by the time I got to work, plus no shower here.  Ick.  Its a long cycle too - seven miles (takes about 45 mins), but it is all flat.  Since I got the car, I haven't cycled to work for a long time...  I want to use it for less strenuous tasks, but...  Never seems to happen.</description>
