		<description>I think a lot of people do this (I see it here also) because in this day and age you just don't know if a real person will see your CV or not and it's generally good to have keywords in the CV that non-techy recruiters/hr people would look for.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Does get a bit annoying though.</description>
