Off to Galway

With all luck that will be a week long holiday trip in early October for Fiona and I. We are hoping to explore some of Connemara, a first for me.

Hey Paul,

I would really recommend a small detour around Lough Conn in Mayo. Yes, my wife is from very near there, but it's lovely.

I also recommend to visit the Doo Lough pass from Louisburgh to Leenaun. Indeed, you commented on one of my pics from there. It's the most stunning place and will get you to Delphi just fine. It'll also take you past Croagh Patrick after you leave Westport. A worthy detour anyway. Have a great trip.
