3 has released a decent mobile phone with Skype built-in. You can use it like a normal mobile phone (pre-pay or contract) or you can use the Skype capabilities and start and recieve voice Skype calls. I am assuming Skype-Out works fine on this too. Nice one 3. Available in Ireland “soon.”
