Life is grand

If you have ever had the pleasure of creating a Gantt chart in Microsoft Project you may have had the added joy of having to export the chart to an image that will fit and look good in a Word document. Before today I would fuss with the view and then do a screenshot, cropping off the window chrome. It never looked great in a Word document but it was usable.

Thankfully Fiona, a co-worker, found out about the Copy Picture to Office Wizard button on the Analysis toolbar today. It sends the Gantt chart out in a nicely formatted image ready for PowerPoint, Word or Visio. Saves a lot of time and hassle.
